Shokupan Pre-Order Form

We accept bread pre-orders through the form below.

Due to limited daily production, we will send a confirmation email with a payment link by 12:00 PM the day before your pickup.

Pre-Order Deadline: 12:00 PM two days before your desired pickup date

Payment Deadline: 12:00 PM the day before your pickup

Pickup Location: Unit 3, 34 Islington Green, London, N1 8DU

Pickup Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM, Tuesday - Sunday

1. Reservation Confirmation

• Orders are only considered confirmed after payment is received.

• If payment is not completed by 12:00 PM the day before the scheduled pickup, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

2. Payment & Refunds

• All payments must be made via the payment link sent after reservation.

• No cancellations or refunds are allowed after payment has been completed.

3. Pickup Policy

• Pickup is available only on the selected date and time slot.

• Please arrive within your chosen time window (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM).

• Missed pickups without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the order.

4. Order Limitations

• Daily production is limited; orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Only the sizes listed in the form (1 loaf or 0.5 loaf) are available.

5. Allergens & Ingredients

• Ingredients:

  Wheat Flour (Strong White Bread Flour), Milk, Butter (Milk), Water, Sugar, Salt, Dried Yeast, Egg.

• Allergens: Contains WHEAT, EGG and MILK.

• We are not responsible for allergic reactions if information is not provided by the customer.

6. Personal Information

• Customer information submitted through this form will only be used for order processing and communication regarding the reservation.

7. Changes to Orders

• Any changes to your order must be requested before payment.

• Once payment is completed, no changes can be made.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

• By submitting this reservation form, you agree to these terms.
