Our curry filling is specially tailored for our bread dough. Vegetables such as carrots and onions are simmered for a long time with little water added to enhance the natural sweetness of vegetables. These carefully prepared vegetables are puree-like and beautifully well balanced with the Japanese curry spice and the juicy firm texture of minced beef.
Our hand-kneaded original bread dough, using a unique Japanese baking technique - Tangzhong, is crispy outside and chewy inside. You can enjoy its mild sweet taste bite by bite, which is a perfect match with our curry filling.
