Indulge in our Japanese-style loaf, made with premium British wheat, fresh milk, and rich fermented butter. Crafted using the yudane method, it’s wonderfully soft, moist, and perfect for thick slices—simply toast to enjoy its full flavour.
One loaf is approximately 570g in weight and it will be 5 - 6 thick slices.
