Our Story

Hi, I am Japanese and moved to London back in 2020 who have deeply fallen in love with the vibrant, international and welcoming London street food culture! 

I get the impression when thinking of Japanese cuisine in London that while there are some nice places, the range is quite limited to world-famous typical Japanese cuisine such as sushi or ramen. Equally, there are few options for more basic Japanese street food or snacks.

In Japan, we have a popular food culture called B-class gourmet which offers good tasty food at an affordable price - we even have an annual competition for the no.1 B-class gourmet! Curry breads can be categorised into this.

I find it disappointing that B-class gourmet hasn’t even been given the opportunity to shine in the world!

This is why I have decided to launch this small business with a passion to introduce delicious curry bread into exciting London markets and the people. 

Our curry bread is authentic but we are also excited to develop it further! We will keep expanding a collection of curry fillings which we get inspiration from London's multinational food culture, Curry Bread meets with London taste!
